I had the pleasure to work with Anthony on a couple of key initiatives. During that time I found him to be a dedicated, passionate and diligent business analyst. He embraced the Agile methodology and had a good grasp of the ceremonies/practices and when to apply them. He had a passion for technology and how it worked which I appreciated and is important when BA'ing in the technology industry as it makes it easier for engineers to convey key concepts and conversely for the BA to convey business requirements to engineers. Coming in via the graduate program Anthony was quickly thrown in the deep end and I was impressed with his ability to step up quickly and professionally.

As a Teacher, I must draw on a body of professional knowledge and research to respond to the needs of my students within their educational contexts.I am responsible for getting to know my students linguistically, culturally and religiously. I know how experiences that students bring to the classroom affect their continued learning. I also know how to structure my lessons to meet the physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics of my students.I know the content of my subjects and curriculum. I know and understand the fundamental concepts, structure and enquiry processes relevant to programs I teach. Furthermore, I understand what constitutes effective, developmentally appropriate strategies in my learning and teaching programs and use this knowledge to make the content meaningful to students.Through teaching practices, I develop students' literacy and numeracy within the Health, Physical education and Science subject areas. I am also able to use Information and Communication Technology to contextualise and expand my students' modes and breadth of learning.
