Bio
Wendy Iwaszuk, Ph.D.
Anthony is a team player I can always count on to learn new skills and mentor others as we work together on developing tools and collecting data to build the next generation of conversational AI. His openness to new ideas and ability to listen effectively to all team members has helped us build a collaborative online community—a critical component to the success of our team’s work. In addition to being a dependable teammate, Anthony doesn’t hesitate to ask questions that increase his ability to work independently. My teammates and I often comment on his strong work ethic and agree we can rely on him to complete challenging work with little to no support. We count on him to discover unknown problems, define the related constraint set, and propose solutions that he often implements with success. Anthony is not afraid of a challenge—he is quick to take on extra work while managing his existing workload. He has helped us to address complex problems and improve the functionality of several tools. One of his super powers is his ability to keep working in the face of ambiguity. He knows how to find ways to contribute to the team and keep data production flowing even when faced with unexpected roadblocks and ever-evolving processes. I am grateful to have Anthony on my team and appreciate his capacity to produce quality work in a rapped-paced work environment. I always enjoy working with him and know my team can meet our production goals with his contributions.
