  I work with a fantastic team of engineers to design and manufacture the best metal detectors in the world. Our achievements at Garrett can be seen securing airports and sporting arenas, locating land mines, or finding treasure in your backyard! My day to day activities include: • Design 3D parts and assemblies in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD • Perform or coordinate testing to ensure design intent and/or industry standards are met • Provide support to purchasing and manufacturing to ensure product performs as intended • Collaborate with suppliers to troubleshoot production issues or discuss opportunities to add value • Assist documentation in an ISO 9000 environment I learn something new every day, and I'm always eager to discover new technologies!
