  I joined Edmundson Electrical in 2000, within the test equipment division of Edmundson Electrical Ltd called Specialist Instrument Services. I was trained as a Calibration Laboratory Technician, given full training by Kewtech, Megger & Seaward in the repair & servicing of their test equipment. I also spent time in the sales office as the assistant manager/Customer Services Manager role. Responsibilities included managing the day to day running of the business when the Profit Centre Manager was out of the office. Reactive technical sales calls. Maintaining customer and supplier relationships, dealing with complaints, queries and service levels stated as part of the companies quality assurance statement, Standard Practice Instruction set out by Edmundson Electrical Ltd and British Standards Institute BS EN ISO 9001:2008 accreditation. I was the Inventory Controller of over £100,000 worth of stock, responsible for Marketing including designing catalogues, fliers, leaflets and email marketing using e-Shot web based marketing software. I also hosted exhibition stands to promote Specialist Instruments Services at various trade shows. I was trained as a Fire Warden. I am also First Aid at work certificated which I still maintain with reqallifier courses. I left Specialist Instruments Services after 10 years in August 2010 to join the sales team at Edmundson Electrical Aldershot.
