My business relationship with Anthony began through his diligent search for a high-quality supplier and quickly evolved into an invaluable partnership. Anthony is razor focused and always a pleasure to work with. His direct, concise, and transparent communication of objectives and expectations is a tremendous asset. Anthony is not only successful in securing reliable suppliers to meet his company’s ever evolving needs, he is also extremely effective in developing and motivating his suppliers to innovate and grow responsibly.

I’ve had the pleasure of working within the same engineering groups alongside Anthony Richter’s tenure for many years within the Product Development Engineering organizations. His valued engineering strive, tactful interpersonal corroboration motivated many young engineers who worked alongside him, to also look for ways to succeed in their own personal growth and company goals. He was always willing and ready to listen and mentor young engineers with less experience. His knowledgeable bandwidth expanded his relationships across many cross functional organizations throughout MMI to drive the success of many break through and challenging products that shipped to market. I have always been impressed by Anthony’s professionalism & disposition towards his peers and his co-workers. His personal skills have allowed him to nurture and mentor many young talented productive hard working problem solving engineers. Most of these young engineers have now flourished into various roles as managerial leads and subject matter experts within MMI and many other product development companies. Many talented electrical and mechanical peers would choose to work with Anthony anytime on any program/product where Six Sigma quality of work is mandatory.
