Based on their specifications for a Phase 1 Environmental I Site Assessment I execute a thorough search of the Street Address requested for Fire Insurance Plans (FIPs), Insurance Reports, and Site Plans through Opta's expansive databases. If selected I also process City Directory searches, Aerial Photographs, and Historical Land Titles. I then contact clients and I advise them of the Information found. As per their request and specifications I assemble the information and comprise a report to be used in the Engineering category of their Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment. I then create the invoices for billing purposes. As an Information Coordinator I am responsible for all aspects business including, client communication (meeting, email, telephone, Skype), requirement assessing, data collection, report comprising, invoicing, credit notes, special projects, filing and data entry, and maintaining the historical archive. I monitor sites by collecting data for 56 pre-selected indicator species of plants and animals found in forests, wetlands, and meadows. Data collected from these sites are combined with staff data, to create reports on the region’s ecosystem health.I have contributed to the program’s ongoing development through networking, training sessions and field surveys with staff biologists and a variety of stakeholders utilizing my great multitasking skills to facilitate information. My role for the UHN was to create the Green Guide for Sustainability. The Green Guide for Sustainability is the first design and facilities operation toolkit integrating environmental and health principles into the operations and maintenance of all the UHN's health centres. The guide provides the UHN with a voluntary, self-certifying metric toolkit of best practices that owners, operators, and staff can use to guide and evaluate their progress towards environmental sustainable practices. I aided in the successful completion of projects through the use of strong communication skills, customer service, budget setting and time management.
