Anthony and I worked for two years together on a Workday HCM implementation. He was very thoughtful and thorough in his consultation on the project. He was a critical team asset on this successful implementation of Workday. He is a very hard worker and ensures things get done. I highly recommend Anthony for large arduous system implementations!

Anthony was hired as part of a large scale Workday Core ERP Implementation with a particular focus on Workday Projects. We sought a sharp business analysis mindset to support a brand new module implementation but he turned out to be much more than that. His ability to understand issues, articulate complex solutions to various leaders of different backgrounds, and drive results were invaluable to getting us through some challenging parts of the the implementation. His Workday specific knowledge in key Core ERP modules was incredible and if he didn't know the answer, he was always willing to find it out and break it down into terms understood by the stakeholders. Its clear he has been through many full scale ERP implementations and was instrumental in navigating the complexity and occasional blockers that come up along the way. On top of his functional and financial/accounting process knowledge, he demonstrated key project management and communication capabilities to keep us aligned to program deadlines and status reporting requirements. If I ever go through another Workday implementation again, he would be one of my first calls - he was fantastic and a pleasure to work with.

I would rehire Anthony in a heartbeat - he stays focused, is a great communicator, and knows Workday. I was Anthony’s manager on the VNSNY Workday Finance and HCM implementation, and watched him take over the supplier workstream and get it back on track. I was particularly impressed with Anthony’s ability to gently step in and lead, articulate issues/solutions, and drive results. Anthony always brought his A game to the office, and was a pleasure to work with.
