SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER – Engineering and Construction, Power Generation Division (2001-2004) Site Construction Manager for a new gas-fired combined-cycle 550 MW merchant power plant near Bakersfield, California. • Achieved a safe, compliant, on-time and within budget construction, start-up, commissioning, and commercial operation of this USD 300 million two on one gas-fired power plant which included a ten-mile transmission line, and ten-mile water supply pipeline and pump station, and four-mile waste water discharge pipeline and injections wells.
