  ● Resolve outbound and inbound calls to applicants and members, daily, regarding routine and complex questions related to member eligibility and benefit determinations. ● Review and analysis of incomplete applications to identify additional information required to complete the application process. ● Enters and maintains application/intake information utilizing available source systems. ● Conduct telephonic outreach to applicants to educate them on specific eligibility requirements and/or for enrollment verification. ● Collect and forward confidential supplemental application information to Enrollment Coordinators for processing. ● Coordinate and process Primary Care Physician selections for new members. ● Identify and communicate application discrepancies to Enrollment Coordinators for resolution. ● Acts as a resource to families, outside agencies and staff. ● Perform other duties as assigned.
