  Establish design parameters based on approved project information sheet provided by business development. Supervise and monitor ongoing project. Do constructions schedule/bar chart. In charge of daily weekly, monthly schedule of activities, accomplishment and or other corporate reportorial requirements for the projects handled. Do progress written report of contractor. Prepare drawing and sketches if necessary to illustrate subject matter. Attend meetings with the Construction Manager and assist in preparation of minutes of the meeting. Preside over regular design and construction meetings for the duration of the projects. Review and evaluate Contractors and suppliers quotations. Gathering samples and swatches for the approval of the Contractor / supplier. Coordinate with Contractor, suppliers and other stokeholders. Ensure all projects will be executed according to plans with utmost quality. Conduct site inspection regularly. Show less
