My responsibilities at Lytron is to build from scratch a chiller or cooling system. First I assemble together all the refrigeration components like the condensing unit or compressor. I then connect all of my copper or stainless steel tubings and braze/solder making sure all materials are completely bonded. Then, I pressure check the unit for leaks and then on to the pump down machine to remove any moisture from inside. Finally comes charging the unit with freon the next day. I am trained to practice 6s daily. I am capable of using basic hand tools and more. Show less
