• Manage operations for Seadrill Contract, comprising of five (5) rigs. • Manage inspection teams to conduct integrity management on all five (5) rigs. • Supervise and coordinate all inspections, such as lifting gear, drilling tools, derrick inspections, piping inspections and NDT. • QA/QC all documentations and reports and manage online database. • New business development and contract management. • Manage all communication to and from the customer on a daily basis. • Work as intermediary for communication between customer and operations teams. • Complete and submit root cause and corrective action analysis. • Send quotes to the origin/destination teams as required rates. • Assure responses are received in a timely manner. • Complete the final quote and generate the sell rate/applicable margin. • Manage all customer requests and assure that the proper people are involved and follow up until completed. • Documentation/Report • Send all required daily/monthly/quarterly customer reports, business reviews, or documentation to the customer based upon the SOP requirements. • Complete all quote forms if applicable in a timely fashion in accordance with customer requirements. • Financial • Achieve P&L results in Brasil • Achieve operational metric goals for the division. • Assure all invoices are created in a timely fashion per SOP requirements. • Assure that all invoice requirements are met per the SOP. • Assure all backup for all invoicing is organized per SOP requirements and that all invoicing requirements are met prior to the submission of the invoices to the customer. • Assure that consistent communication occurs with the customer payables team to address any issues and avoid any delays in processing. • Manage the customer generated payables report addressing issues immediately. • Assure that the monthly fluctuating charges are updated in the tariff per the SOP on a consistent basis. • Assure that all billing and payables are managed in accordance with the SOP.
