This involves liaising with an out sourced solicitor who seeks instruction on how the company wishes to proceed in pursuing the debt and then will enforce action • Working closely with interstate software developers, I was able to recommend changes to enhance the collections process by way of monitoring all debts outstanding and ensuring that from a management perspective, workflow of team members is monitored daily in both an efficient and effective manner thus improving the quality of our collections process.
