  • Management/delegation and review of daily workflow within a team • Daily interaction with clients and Insurance Brokers who have arranged and act as an agent to the client for insurance that has been premium funded • Liaising daily with Insurance Brokers regarding cancelled policies that have been premium funded in an attempt to retrieve return premium payments to reduce debt of loan provided • Responsibility in management of all premium funded loans with a balance over $10k • Responsibility in liaising with liquidators/appointed brokers for businesses that have been provided funding prior to becoming insolvent • Management of loans in a legal status where the debts owing have been lodged with Legal Firm or Collections Agency to manager and take further action against the debtor. This involves liaising with an out sourced solicitor who seeks instruction on how the company wishes to proceed in pursuing the debt and then will enforce action • Working closely with interstate software developers, I was able to recommend changes to enhance the collections process by way of monitoring all debts outstanding and ensuring that from a management perspective, workflow of team members is monitored daily in both an efficient and effective manner thus improving the quality of our collections process.
