I am responsible for driving new and diverse income campaigns, providing leadership on the charity’s income strategy and manging the fundraising team ensuring targets and deadlines are met. I have an extensive knowledge of fundraising with the confidence to be innovative and entrepreneurial in my approach. I have launched many campaigns and projects within the trust that has bought long term benefits to the organisation.A solid track record of consistent work and excellent communication skills have helped develop my role. Strong communication and diplomatic skills are critical in my role as well as a level of confidence in working with a wide range of stakeholders, including trustees, consultants and chief executives. I have reshaped our charity branding, enhanced our donor stewardship process and created new revenue streams through community-based fundraising as well as securing funding from large corporate donors that has all led to the charity’s income increasing by over 25% year on year.Key Skills: Project Management| Budgets | Stewardship | Relationship Management | Communication| Line Management | Innovation | Presentation | Time Management

I coordinated and managed all fundraising operations including corporate partnerships, major donor development and event fundraising at Wexham Park and Heatherwood Hospital. I produced fundraising reports and budgets to the senior leadership team and/or the trustee board. I was able to build and maintain relationships and inspire, motivate and develop staff at all levels including a team of volunteers. Recent successes included an increase from a major donor pledge of £50,000 to £325,000, grown our event portfolio including the creation of the charities largest net income generating event in Race Wexham of almost £100,000 plus significantly increased the charities awareness across Wexham Park Hospital including the introduction of ward ambassadors and a designated charity shop. Other successes include securing new corporate partnerships for the charity such as Pinewood Studios, Royal Windsor Racecourse and Asian Star Radio and the complete review of the charitable funds and processes for the charity.I was heavily involved in the creation of the charities new aggressive and ambitious strategy for growth and after the successful completion of the major appeal recently at Wexham Park Hospital I am now in the early planning stages of rolling out the charities first trust wide major appeal across all hospitals. I have also been project managing the development of the charities new website and third party partnerships for processing donations and event ticketing.Key Skills: Corporate Relationships | Project Management| Budgets | Stewardship | Management | Networking| Communication | Innovation | Time Management

Established a proven track record of exceeding targets across a broad portfolio of participation events including a 15% increase in income on the Brighton Marathon in 2016 and 9% increase in average per head on the Great North Run 2016. My biggest success came in my final project where I exceeded the income target of £1.1m for the NSPCC’s flagship event, Virgin Money London Marathon 2017, with a final figure of over £1.4m. With this event I also created and implemented the best recorded HMTL supporter journey in terms of open rates and click through rates that has been seen in any campaign run by the NSPCC.
