Site Superintendent(Restoration) As Lead Superintendent for the WT45-1 Lakeshore Garage Wheel_Trans Office Elevator Replacement project, I oversee all site staff and subcontractors to ensure efficient labour, machinery, and materials use. I review, organize, and maintain site documents, notify senior management of potential issues, and maintain detailed project daily reports. I ensure compliance with Duron Ontario's Health and Safety requirements, and COR certification, and assist in developing and maintaining safe job procedures, work practices, training programs, risk assessments, and project safety and emergency preparedness plans. PROJECTS January 2023 – To present WT45-1 Lakeshore Garage Wheel_Trans Office Elevator Replacement September 2021 – February 2022 A11-7 Glencairn Flat Roof Replacement As a site superintendent, I served as a supervisor for the flat roof replacement project on behalf of the General Contractor. The scope of work included replacing all sections of flat roofs, as well as accessories, installing a new railing, a deicing system, new downspouts, new roof hatches, and new access ladders. January 2022 – December 2022 Regal Road Public School(TDSB) Site Superintendent Represented the General Contractor as a Site Superintendent. Scope included: replacement of all windows on the west and east elevation, replacement of selected sandstone unit as instructed by heritage consultant, and rebuilding of concrete stairs. February 2022 – December 2022 USRC Metrolinx Tower Rehabilitation Site Superintendent I oversaw the construction of three towers at Cherry St, John St, and Scott St as a Site Superintendent. My duties included managing the demolition of the HVAC system, the replacement of roofs, rebuilding the chimney, repairing masonry and concrete, and replacing windows. All of these tasks were completed on time and to a high standard thanks to my diligent oversight. Show less
