Served as a Praxis I Coordinator in the School of Education where I taught undergraduate students desiring to gain admission into the teacher education program. Increased the pass rate for undergraduate students from 32% in fall 2003 to 66% by spring 2006.

Served as an academic advisor for nearly 250 undergraduate students who were classified as "Undecided" or "Undeclared." Also served as a reading instructor for the FRST 099 College Reading course and an instructor for FRST 100 University Survival.
