  Started as a Project manger in September 2017, as a Student placement Project Manager working with Linney where I have now progressed to a full time Project Manager within the company.Currently dealing with various large international clients in the managing of digital marketing, production and print requirements.- Take direct briefs from clients and account directors- Estimate costs, challenge the objectives at the beginning of a project and manage agreed budgets- Be the client contact for all projects I am managing- Produce timing plans and schedule internal and external resource, working alongside the rest of the team to do this to ensure deadlines are met- Continuously prioritise work based on the operational teams priorities and also scope changes- Liaise with a variety of suppliers.- Manage all aspects of future Activate projects – estimates, timings, suppliers, clients, presentations, design, debrief sessions, budget.- Working closely with and inspiring team members, ensuring end-to-end project delivery as well as keeping a close eye on the commercial details- Time management across numerous clients and also wider teams.- Aiding sales proposition, a varied understanding of commercial and market issues, help clients overcome risk and complex issues - Deliver an ambition by bringing brands to market effectively by evaluating and creating proposals, creating opportunities with clients and exploring ways to help grow their business.- Analysing information produced by staff and helping develop them more effectively.- Generating reports and presenting information to senior management.
