I knew of Tony throughout his varied positions at Frontier, before he even reported to me as a Recruiting Specialist. The one thing that always stood out to me about Tony was how passionate he was about anything he was doing - be it supporting customers, training new hires, or recruiting new talent. Tony is one of those rare gems who will just throw himself into whatever he's doing and won't be satisfied until he has become an expert on whatever the topic may be. Tony builds confidence through knowledge. As an employee, Tony was never afraid to seek out feedback, no matter how challenging it might be, take it to heart and come out on the other side a better employee.
