  • All aspects of 3D modelling Mechanical parts, Structural and Civil design through to detailed shop drawings, using Autodesk Autocad 2013. • Consulting with clients & running small to large drafting jobs. • Design to a strict site specific drafting and checking standard. • Design to all the relevant Australian Standards. • All design of site plant and equipment, from the small intricate mechanical part, to the larger design of plant, from civil footing slabs, large structural steel, piping from pressure to vacuum systems. • In this roll, I was required to liaise with the client from the inception of an idea, down to supply of quotes, through to 3D design, right through to producing 2D shop detail drawings. • This roll required the draftsman to be self reliant, able to adapt to changing shifts of work in the plant, and to be highly self motivated.
