Summary of the tasks performed: - Managing a team composed of Business Analyst, Developpers and Sales - Experience in delivering several IT projects in parallel - Managing & Coordinating all stakeholders of the project with a communication strategy. - Definie in the project initiation that all these aspects are understood : scope, timescale, decision-making, quality, risk, change, communication, monitoring and communication. - Define the right ressources needed on the project. Adapt these ressources if the project scope or timescale is changing. - Ensure that project business needs will be implemented - Creating and coordinating Sprints using the Scrum Agile Methodology - Creating and optimizing workflows in an effective, efficient and predictable way through the Kanban Agile Methodology - Review Business Analyst work to ensure business needs are well implemented - Challenge Business Analyst on specific work package change decision making.
