  Directing daily operations for this industry-leading organization, I manage diverse teams across the Western US and monitor employee performance within the field. Other responsibilities include training and mentoring staff, leading marketing and sales strategy, managing projects, monitoring inventory control, and creating resource allocation plans based on each site’s needs. I also conduct risk assessments and develop budgets and schedules to ensure each facility is meeting operational standards. I was promoted to this role in 2020 after serving as Operations Manager on the FleetWash side, growing my focus on franchise development.Achievements:- Championed sustainability initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint across facilities and partnered with environmental agencies to meet changing compliance goals and regulations.- Served as the primary point of contact for key accounts, including retail and warehousing leaders such as Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Target, and more, as well as for government and municipal fleets.- Transformed our training programs to optimize efficiency and productivity.
