      I was part of a small team of systems developers within Worcestershire County Council. We developed in-house systems, including the writing of any database that accompanied the system. The systems that we developed where all .NET based and were mainly web applications. When writing these systems, we used visual studio, mainly writing in VB.NET and occasionally using C#.When dealing with the database side we would create stored procedures and functions for the application to use, which made code re-use a lot easier and more manageable. I performed testing of the web applications for SQL injection, cross site scripting and accessibility (AA) to make sure they were as secure and accessible as they could be.
