Maintain and operate 2 Trane Centrifugal chiller- 225- Tons each R123-440Lbs. charge. startup and shut down of plant operation. Record data make rounds and Temp adjustments. Change perimeter setting for comfort cooling via BMS(ANDOVER-T.A.C system for optimal climate control throughout flagship store and offsite locations. Monitor- Mammoth rooftop chiller 210 ton-R-407- serving critical IT server system. Monitor/check all offsite equipment Water cooled and Air cooled supplement units. Make proper adjustment free cooling via Heat exchanger Maintain low pressure steam plant- for flagship store. Meet with store manager throughout flagship and address hot/ cold complaint and resolve. Conduct weekly Fire pump test on all life safety equipment flow switches, pull station, valve inspection and keep updated logs. Provide Energy Consumption reports and maintain uses of gas, water, steam,PM- all HVAC unit change belts, filter, seasonal drain down, change pulley, cleaning evaporator coils, punch tubes, onsite FSD during tour for flagship.
