Anthony brings a lot to the table. Not only is he a dedicated and efficient programmer, but he is able to foresee long-term problems and prevent them. Anthony was effective in both completing and delegating tasks and always had valuable creative input on the project's direction.

To start, working with Anthony at Ubisoft Academia was a complete pleasure and joy. It was the third time I had the opportunity to have Anthony work with me on the project, and it was amazing seeing how well he interacted with such a large team. Having only worked on smaller four to eight person teams, seeing Anthony flutter around a 30 person squad during the two months at Academia was amazing. Constantly troubleshooting problems, fixing absurd bugs, and implementing features at moments notice, the game would not had been possible with out the help of this man. His unyielding dedication to his craft as well as his stoic patience and resilience quickly allowed Anthony to be seen as the beacon of hope during those dark game-breaking-bug moments.
