  As Crew Leader for EJ Chittick Rover Crew I was in charge of the overall running of the Crew. Rovers are the only self governing section of Scouting, as it is for 18 to 26 year olds. I held this position for 1 years, but held other positions in my time in Rovers, such as Treasurer and Assistant Crew Leader. These roles gave me great insight into working with people, as well how to effectively manage people. As Crew Leader for EJ Chittick Rover Crew I was in charge of the overall running of the Crew.
