  Match Day • Stand manager responsible for 5 bars and 2 cellars • Direct management responsibility for 40-60 match day catering and bar staff • Pre-match stock management, ensuring all bars hold sufficient stock for the day ahead, and that all equipment is in working order. Follow up stock take with Team Leaders • Attend briefing session with senior Catering Manager, then hold similar meetings with my team leaders and staff to ensure all points are communicated. Make staff aware of individual and team targets • Carry out pre-match financial checks, ensuring all tills are working, have sufficient float etc • Carry out real time stock take and equipment check during the match • Manage staff levels during games, redeploying staff as appropriate during peak times • Post match stock take and financial check, ensuring till amounts and totals are correct • Post match debrief with team leaders and catering managers • Management role also appropriate for other large events at stadium, such as music and sporting festivals Recruitment and Training • Part of staff recruitment team with responsibility for sifting applications, interviewing applicants and managing open days • Responsible for developing and delivering training programs to all new and existing members of the catering team.   Working for Relentless has allowed me to broaden my work experience from Bar Staff to Promo, PR and Marketing. Part of my job involved me travelling around the country attending conferences and events hosted by Coca-Cola. At these events I was tasked with handing out samples of the product to various members of the organization and the public. On a weekly basis I was tasked with meeting a weekly quota of samples that I must hand out to various sectors of the public. Along with my partner, we were required to come up with events to put on in the community to promote the brand and help raise awareness. While working for Relentless I have been given the opportunity to take up the role as a talent manager for a tour around the North of England. In this role I was tasked with finding and hiring local talent to perform at our events and also managing the artists during the event. This job included creating and managing budgets as well as working to strict deadlines to ensure that tasks were completed on time for the event to go ahead. Show less
