  -Ensure timely completion of End of Well Reports (EOWRs) upon the completion of a well campaign.-Part of team develops drilling program, procedures for workover and re-entry for completions of a well.-Responsible for daily morning broadcasts of wells and send feedback to the senior drilling operations manager for necessary update and attention.-Manage expenses within budget constraints.-Ensure monitoring different wells operations of the rig for weekend duty and send daily update to the teams. -Measure, drift and prepare casing/tubing tally on the Rigsite and closely monitor casing running operations including double checking of tally, joints run etc.-Prepare ticket for mobilization and demobilization of WCC equipment/jobs both office base and Rig site.-Ensure well cost track sheet is updated on daily basis.-Ensure accurate well operation reporting using wellview.-Provide immediate and effective solutions to operational problems as well as equipment failures. -Ensure avoidable extra costs are not incurred by demobilizing tools and equipment not needed on location in a timely fashion.-Develops and plans work activities with customer representative to ensure correct equipment is ordered, used, serviced and maintained according to company procedures for any operations.-Maintain an up-to-date stock book equipment, personnel/material receipts/return and material inventory of a well. -Monitoring the daily progress of well operations and current daily costs, comparing actual costs with cost expenditure proposals and recommending changes or improvements to rig work techniques, which could lead to optimization of expenditure.-Review and discuss with SDS all downhole equipment to be used for drilling, testing and completion, cement quantities, mud additives for formulating cement slurries, drilling fluid and completion fluid in order to achieve the objectives of the well program.
