  • Individual therapy to an adult presenting with hypokinetic Dysarthria, characterised by excessive speech rate, dysprosody and reduced volume, and palilalia characterised by word and syllable repetition most frequently occurring in spontaneous sentence initiation. Assessment tools used included the FDA-2 and QoL questionnaires. Intervention included use of the SPEAK OUT! Program, introduction of kinaesthetic tools, environmental adaptations and respiratory support exercises. • Facilitating Communication Group therapy to clients with dysarthria targeting Be Clear speech strategies. • Liaising with National Relay System for education and advocacy client sessions. • Preparation of at – home generalisation activities for the group clients. • Completion of clinical documentation include assessment reports, sessions plans, managements plans, progress notes and a summary report.
