Berlei is stocked in leading retailers across Australia and New Zealand, each season offering fresh colours and exciting prints.My role at Berlei includes:• Research trends and forecast colour and print for seasonal direction.• Designing a cohesive, commercial and exciting seasonal range with the Head Designer.• Creating engaging trend boards for range sign-off and sell-in. • Creating original artworks, putting into repeat and executing multiple colour offerings.•Altering repeats and recolouring artworks.• Liaising with artists for collaborations.• Preparing artworks for suppliers and providing feedback on strike-offs.• Developing textiles including embroidery and branding.• Inputting colour spec pack information in PLM software for 60+ styles.• Supporting the marketing team with detailed retouching notes to accurately portray product.
