  2010-2012 as an Electronic Information Services (EIS) associate I was responsible for technical operation of these database services: Science Direct, Web of Science, Springer Link, ACM, FSTA, ZR, Academic Dictionaries, AJC, CAB Abstracts, Nature, Reaxys, JSTOR, MathSciNet, Econlit, Grove Art Online, Grove Music Online, MLA/LRC and Science Magazine. The members of the national consortium (83 higher educational institutes, non-profit research institutions and other public institutions) turned to me for support: identifying technical problems, troubleshooting, IP administrating, access control. I made usage reports and different kind of decision support documents for the management of the consortium. In parallel until now as a Digital Textbook Library associate, my duties are: I worked out the method how to handle electronic textbooks in DTL, organizing and coordinating the validation of incoming eTextbooks (SCORM, DocBook), coordinating SROP projects, keep in touch with partners: higher educational institutes, cooperating organization, IT suppliers, enforcement of iteration deadlines, proof of performances.
