  Practical skills Experience in Laboratory work, mainly in the subject Physiology of the Equine Reproduction:- Analytical assays like radioimmuno-assay (eg. plasma levels of luteinizing hormone and progesterone) - Enzymatic immuno assays; -Primary tissue and cell culture techniques (equine corpus luteum, endometrium, oviduct); - Immunohistochemistry and cytohistochemistry techniques; - Molecular biology techniques:- mRNA and protein expression quantifications (Real Time PCR; western blot) - Experience on scientific manuscripts elaboration; Participation on scientific projects elaboration;- Experience in Field Techniques in Veterinary Medicine applied to research, as transrectal palpation and ultrasonography of female bovine and equine internal genitalia.Teaching experience Teaching Assistant, Department of Physiology, Faculdade de Medicina Veterinária, course 2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010.
