What began as a business relationship with Ansuman Dani's company became a personal relationship with Ansuman very soon. I was very impressed with the way Ansuman created a brand new technology platform such that it started generating revenues for his company virtually from Day One. His feat is all the more remarkable considering that he hails from the BFSI sector and had little technical background - at least to my knowledge:) - when he founded his company. Ansuman combines assertiveness with open-mindedness, which, in my experience, is a very important, yet rare, trait in business. It has been a pleasure working with Ansuman in the past and I look forward to interacting with him in the future.

Ansuman is probably the best team player I have ever come across. Once in a role, he has the rare ability to think beyond his role and work with the organisation’s goals in sight. Ansuman is extremely thorough in terms of his domain knowledge and is a very result oriented person who never loses sight of his target. A very dependable team member, once he has taken up a challenge, he delivers on it despite all the obstacles. He is a great leader who can not only set stretching targets for his team but develop his subordinates while having a warm personal equation with them. Above all, Ansuman is a gem of a person and one of the best team mates to have.
