I had the fortunate opportunity of having Ansley train and teach me during my first month at the Provo Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. During this month of training, I got to watch and observe firsthand Ansley's ability to handle stressful situations and resolve issues quickly and on the fly. As a trainer, Ansley took the time to explain concepts about the job to me and had the patience to assist me when I needed some extra help. She is a great coworker and even greater friend. Even a year later I still am able to talk to Ansley about things, whether they be related to the job or not, because she genuinely cares about being there to help people.
