Perayaan Wisuda April SBM ITB 2023

  The April Wisuda Night is a way for ITB students to show their appreciation to its graduates. The event includes a variety of activities, such as dinner, a performance, an intimate session, and a speech from the associations' presidents and several lecturers as a token of gratitude and a final goodbye before moving on to the next level of life. The event is also an opportunity to network with each other and with ITB alumni. In the Wisuda April 2023, I had the opportunity to serve as Vice President of Event Organizer, which helped me develop skills in responsibility, planning, mitigation, and coordinating large groups of people, as well as enhancing empathy skills and expressing my ideas and opinions related to the smooth running of the event. I worked with a team of event planners and operational, with different backgrounds. The key performance indicators (KPIs) of the event were successful, as evidenced by the positive reactions of the graduates. The event also went according to plan, with good communication between the members and the divisions overall. However, there was one problem, which was the lack of engagement increasing awareness of the event a few days before it was held. Fortunately, this problem was resolved by introducing a "plus one" system, which allowed graduates to bring one person with them to celebrate their special day. I am grateful for the opportunity to have served as Vice President of Event Organizer for the Wisuda April 2023. It was a challenging but rewarding experience that helped me develop important skills and knowledge. I am confident that these skills will be valuable to me in my future career. Show less

  I was given the opportunity to participate as the Project Officer for the Ganesha Fair: Carnival Capsule exhibition on December 10, 2022. With a target of 500 visitors, the purpose of this exhibition is to encourage audiences to recall and reminisce their fondest childhood memories. Furthermore, 600 people successfully attended this exhibition, which was held from 11 AM to 8 PM. Therefore, I as the leader and behalf of the EO team has achieved our initial goals and plans. I was given the opportunity to participate as the Project Officer for the Ganesha Fair: Carnival Capsule exhibition on December 10, 2022.   Over the course of a year, I completed training on how to solve a number of current problems. Regarding to achieve one objective, namely solid high school batch for a long term, putting these ideas into practice in the current scenario was extremely helpful. Due to the pressure of discussing other people's viewpoints, which was fairly difficult for high school students I became a proactive and analytical individual who seek out alternate solutions. Over the course of a year, I completed training on how to solve a number of current problems.
