I worked alongside Anoushka when she was a Team Lead running the Forrester Advisory team in EMEA. Anoushka was always keen to understand the wider Forrester business, particularly consulting and how her clients could engage in deeper projects to help them with their strategic initiatives. She has a customer centric mindset and goes out of her way to make sure customer expectations are exceeded. She is the glue that brings disparate parts of a complex organisation together for the customer. It was clear from my interactions with Anoushka that she is a natural leader with an eye for detail. She also excels at working across cultures. We had clients on every continent and she effectively dealt with them all being sensitive where needed but also nudging them to get the most of our services. She does not shy away from challenging her peers to think creatively or to question their strategy and with her diplomacy skills, she excels at creating a trusted environment for her peers to work with. When things ago awry as they sometimes do, her calming presence and steady hand under fire makes for great eventual outcomes for clients. Anoushka creates a team spirit around her that she has carried forward in her career – She epitomizes the type of person you want on your team: smart, diligent, trustworthy and forward thinking.
