Anouk is somebody you can rely on, the retail finance department did benefit from her continuous contribution. Among others, she helped improving the procedures of the financial/operational systems and processes and developed manuals in order to increase transparency to the users of these systems. She always showed initiative and was of great support to implement necessary changes and procedures in our stores. She managed to cope with all the operational challenges of a growing retail organization with more than 150 own stores as an almost one man show. We were definitely sad to see her leaving us! If I should describe her in three words: positive attitude, organized person and hardworking!
