  I was living on board of the Hospital Ship, the Africa Mercy, in West Africa - In charge of our big donors visits on board: taking care of them from A to Z during their whole time onboard : setting up agendas and events for them, picking them up at the airport and escorting them during the whole time, etc.- In charge of the Media teams: taking care of them from A to Z during their visit: In touch with them before their arrival to set up every details for their trip as well as an agenda for them, preparing everything in advance for their time on board (get all the needed filming agreements, preparing all the people they need to interview, etc). Staying with them during their whole stay.- Hostess of VIP’s visits- VIP events planning (Presidents, Ministers, Ambassadors, Dignitaries)- Translation of dignitaries’ speeches: from French to English and English to French During 3 months, I took part in a special mission : With a team of 4, we went to Benin ahead of the ship to prepare its arrival (meetings with governement, ambassadors, port autorithies, heatlh autorities, hospitals, etc). The goal was to make sure the protocol we signed with them was respected before the ship docked.
