Frederic Gicquel

Anouar started in the company as a manufacturing technician. His problem solving abilities made him valuable. After getting his degree in electronics engineering he moved to a sustaining engineer role for LWD products before moving to Texas. In the last few years, his deep knowledge of the product, tenacity and leadership qualities made him instrumental in the successful transfer of a demanding product line from New Jersey to Texas. Starting from an empty building, he formed and organize a team able to beat all the expectations from the management team. He also worked to ensure all business systems were appropriately setup and the support functions trained and ready to support the product.

I have worked with Anouar for several years at Schlumberger. He is a highly motivated individual who initially started as a technician, which gave him strong practical skills. He then returned to school to obtain his degree in Electrical Engineering which further increased his technical knowledge. He also has excellent leadership skills and always met our production objectives or even exceeded them. His technical knowledge coupled with his strong business acumen make him an excellent Production Manager which is why I highly recommend Anouar for a Manufacturing Management position.
