      I work with the Series Producer and Ap, to help find contributors for our show. I search through hundreds of applications to find the ideal stories. I speak with potential contributors to find out more about them and then ask them to come in for a chat. During this chat, my goal is to get the best out of each individual, to source what people and stories would work best on camera. The next stage is where I go to the potential contributors house, and professionally film an interview, and film some activities of their daily lives. After editing and sending to the Channel, if they are signed off I will pass on the contributors details to the Production Department. The footage I shoot would be then given to the post production, as some will feature within the episode.
