Peer to Peer (p2p) learning program by Monash University is an initiative where students (who have achieved high results in specific units) run weekly study sessions for students currently undertaking those same units. The idea behind these sessions is to encourage students to share their conceptual difficulties with us( leaders)if they are hesitant to ask the academic staff. My responsibilities as a P2P leader for financial accounting included: - attending to a maximum of 15 students in a 1 hour class duration thrice a week. - leading the group of students whilst, encouraging a collaborative learning and group participation approach.
