  I plan the transport for refrigerated goods from supplier farms and businesses into our company hubs and then onward to supermarket depots. Using a base plan which is then adapted each day to account for different volumes and collections, it is necessary to react quickly and efficiently to make changes whilst taking into consideration constraints such as vehicle size, driver’s hours and DVS vehicles etc. It is also important to keep within booking times and maintain healthy KPI’s.There is a strong emphasis on problem solving as there are various challenges from both a planning and operational perspective.
