Without Annu's thoughtful and tireless work, Agile India 2013 Conference would have not been as successful. She was a key member of a really small team, which organized Asia's largest and premier conference on Agile and Lean methods. Initially I met Annu during the Agile India 2012 Conference, when she co-produced the Agile Product Management Stage. I was amazed with her enthusiasm and constructive ideas. Later she expressed interest to help with Agile India 2013 Conference. Impressed with her work, esp. her attention to details and thorough followup, I requested her to help me with speaker management. Speaker Management is one of the most critical part of any conference and I trusted Annu with this job. Along the way she helped me with the Conference Program, Online registration system and numerous other tasks. It was my pleasure to have found such a great team member. She really made my life easy and exceeded my expectations every single time. I would strongly recommend her for any leadership role. She has the skills and attitude to excelle in every task she picks up.

Annu and I co-produced Agile Product Management stage for Agile India 2012. Actually, the reality would be that she did 95% of the work and I just did the remaining 5%! She did an amazing job in reaching out to some of the agile gurus and thought leaders and roping them in as reviewers for our stage. Not just that, she proactively worked to help authors polish up their proposals. Once at the conference, she displayed amazing management skills in coordinating the talks, despite some inevitable last-minute changes. For Agile India 2013, she went to sign up for an even bigger role as a volunteer and did a fabulous job there too! She is a great person to work with, and a 'must have' on any team.
