      As first point of contact at the Dust Temple, my main duty was to ensure positive customer experience is maintained at all times. This included welcoming customers, helping with customer enquiries, handling customer feedback and complaints, and uphold strong customer relationships. During covid times I took over the Instagram channel and shared daily Instagram stories to keep customers informed and updated. I also coordinated live streams and created content for their Instagram feed including photo and video.       Over a period of 8 weeks I set up multiple projects and tasks. I designed several new logos in response to modernising the current one, proofed the website for content errors, developed a digital media strategy, and run a promotional social media campaign. For the latter I set up a social media competition with the objective to raise brand awareness and gain following. Besides creating the competition brief, I reached out to several potential partners to donate a product for the giveaway and secured a partnership with Zero Co. I then organised a shooting with the owner of Glowing Green Australia, where I took photo and video content for the campaign. After that I designed all Instagram posts, wrote copy and scheduled them. During the competition I monitored the performance, analysing if targets will be achieved. Once the competition closed and a winner was chosen, I contacted the winner directly and finished with sharing the outcome of the competition.

      After inventing and designing the product, my key responsibilities laid in Public Relations and Distribution. Our product: The "Fold-It"; A multi-functional product that is both backpack and towel. I established the brand through gaining presence in print as well as digital media (radio and TV). I also wrote and published newsletters and organised direct as well as indirect distribution through shows, markets and local stores. Our team was proud to get third place at the National Competition Company Programme by Young Enterprise Switzerland and achieve a final grade of 5.5 (with 6 being the highest) in the course. We also won the UBS Award for the Most Innovative Product.
