  The internship activities at Negeri Lama Selatan estate during 4 months improved my knowledge and work skills in technical and managerial aspect of oil palm plantation. I supervised the activity of cultivation techniques like fertilizer, weed control, plant pests and diseases control, and harvesting. I helped estate assistant on preparing daily work plans, operational funds of 3 cultivation techniques, and 5 data which need on estate management meeting. In progress of internship i have analyzed and solved problem on aspect weed control of palm oil in field, such as made a inovation of spray equipment to minimize of weed control cost.
