      I managed the set-up of a new school for Banking Supervisors at the EUI as Executive Director - Florence School of Banking and Finance.I initiated and then developed (in collaboration with the European Banking Authority - EBA) the first online training platform for European Banking Supervisors, having trained after its first year (spring 2017) hundreds of supervisors from across the EU on Recovery Planning Assessment and the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (see for more details my projects below).The team that supported me with the development were Daniela Bernardo (who also acted as course facilitator for the first 4 editions) and Matthew Langthorne.       Annika Zorn supported the director of the school Jean-Michel Glachant as deputy. She created the school's online strategy, an innovative project of interactive 21st century teaching &learning as well as knowledge creation and sharing, combining advanced academic thinking and insights from professionals in the energy sector and climate policies. The online school is the first of its kind world-wide and offers online courses and a knowledge gallery with hundreds of open-access publications and briefs as well as almost 300 multi-media resources.
