Annika joined our US operations in early 2019, tasked with supporting our new management and production teams as we embarked on a wholesale review of our business. By standardizing the methodology used across our multiple sites, Annika was directly involved in the decisions and planning that saw a consolidation of our US graphics operations and the off-shoring of non-critical functions, that delivered on the mutual goals of improved customer service and lowered costs. It’s important to include that 2 of the 3 years (Annika worked in the US) were impacted by COVID restrictions, forcing a change in her approach as she mentored, trained and managed people across multiple sites, all while working remotely.
