Organizational change and improvement work at the project department where I, together with the Operations Manager, created efficient routines (control over cost, time, scope and quality) and localised and improved weaknesses to get the department to feel safety and stability. My main responsibility was to follow up and directly report all deviations to the Operations Manager weekly and to the Finance Manager monthly. I was responsible for the resource allocation, compiling and reporting of all KPI's (such as cost deviation), compiling statistics and information for "Lessons Learned", hold weekly meetings and producing of presentation material for, for example, management meetings. As I graduated from Project Coordinator I had made my internship at FlexLink's project department and was offered the job as Finance accountant. I handled project starts, budgets, invoicing and project closings in the system (Movex) and helped Project Managers with various types of problems. The work also infered intercompany transactions and reconsiliations, cash flow, monthly closures, accounts receivable and payable, account reconsiliations and more.
