      Organizational change and improvement work at the project department where I, together with the Operations Manager, created efficient routines (control over cost, time, scope and quality) and localised and improved weaknesses to get the department to feel safety and stability. My main responsibility was to follow up and directly report all deviations to the Operations Manager weekly and to the Finance Manager monthly. I was responsible for the resource allocation, compiling and reporting of all KPI's (such as cost deviation), compiling statistics and information for "Lessons Learned", hold weekly meetings and producing of presentation material for, for example, management meetings.
