As a supervisor of hers over the past few years, I have watched her develop both professionally and personally into an effective and critical individual and leader. Annie is an intelligent and motivational force, whom is more than capable of not only managing herself, but other subordinates as well to perform above expectations. Annie’s drive to meet and exceed goals is exceptional, and I have never once doubted her success in the future. In the years that I have known her, I have come to appreciate her as a truly unique and gifted young individual. Annie has brought many attributes to the team; the strongest traits include her positive upbeat attitude, strong involvement, and solid interpersonal skills. She began her career at the Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Cloud in the housekeeping department and was quickly promoted to a supervisor role as she mastered the department. In the months after her promotion, she offered to help out and learn other areas of the hotel in her quest to learn all aspects of the industry. With her success in all departments and her capable leadership qualities, I promoted her to the Front Office Manager role to better position that department for success. In her role as the hotel property’s Front Office Manager she has actively contributed to the property’s extremely high guest satisfaction scores. Since beginning her role, our property has grown to earn a national ranking in the top 8% of customer satisfaction and loyalty in all similarly branded Hilton hotel properties. She has accomplished this phenomenal feat through implementation of many new policies procedures directed toward increasing the guest experience. Throughout my business experience I have met many individuals who are remarkable professionals and fine intellects. Annie Zezoney is equally remarkable and shares many of the same characteristics, plus a few uniquely her own. Any organization fortunate enough to attract Annie’s talent will not be unhappy!
