All the previous role PLUS- Experimenting with new forms of LinkedIn content, using data and metrics to determine successful posts in order to replicate them. This has boosted metrics across the board, e.g. our engagement rate from an average of 9% (already quite good) to 17% (very very good), where the industry standard is 2-4%.- Tracking both social media & partner performance, producing & presenting monthly marketing metrics for the CEO with a presentation to the board of investors in Q4 2021. They seemed quite impressed but we did present to them while they were munching on M&S meal deals - that probably helped. - Managing and liaising with external partners, providing collateral, creating / adhering to schedules and tracking budget & ROI.- Campaign planning and execution, with the main goals of lead generation and brand awareness. Sometimes I give our email campaign subject lines a little more 'pizzaz'.and so much more!

- Single-handedly managing the society's Instagram, Facebook & Twitter pages. I utilised Instagram stories for audience activation and was able to establish a more personal touch by giving the page a distinct personality. Our Instagram followers increased by around 20% that year.- Successfully collaborated with the committee in order to organise & promote events such as welcome drinks, a coffee crawl and our annual ball. We also organised a trip abroad, but that was unfortunately cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.- Encouraged student engagement with the University History department through working with them to promote their educational activities e.g. I made a guest appearance on their Instagram documenting the life of a Joint Honours History student, using this as an opportunity to promote the department and course.

It was good craic. ☘️ - One of two main organisers of society events and personally managed the society Facebook group. - Successfully negotiated with UoB Guild of Students for discounted events tickets for our society. - Responsible for interacting with students at society events as a recognisable, friendly face to encourage attendance at later events.
