This lovely person was so full of energy and so affable, a delight to work with. Annie took on a very difficult position, as a contractor, to implement the Government's new Personnel Rating System, NSPS. She worked long hours, she was THE Subject Matter Expert, new to DTRA, and worked with practically every individual in this organization that was a Federal employee. She worked with all echelons of DTRA. From the Director, down to the lowest level GS employees. Her tack and spirit was amazing. She was a super hero for DTRA. She has a marvelous work ethic, she is very customer oriented, she is focused and determined. We are sorry that she left us, but I am happy she is moving up. She is a blessing to have as a worker. Her talents are endless.
